New to Crossroads?

We want the questions you have when you first visit Crossroads to be: "What kind of coffee do I want this morning?," not "Do I have to dress up for church today?"

“FTAQ” (Frequently Thought About Questions)

Q: Is it okay to come if I don’t consider myself to be a Christian?
A: Yes! Our hope is that people just like you will find our church approachable and relate-able. We hope you can learn about Jesus without pressure or guilt.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Clothes.  Pretty much whatever covers you up: pajamas, shorts, ball caps, Du-rags, flip flops, jeans, khakis, hoodies, t-shirts, etc. You are welcome here, in whatever you are wearing.

Q: Any weird visitor stuff?
A: Nope. Participate as you wish, and we promise we won’t embarrass you.

Q: Can I bring my iPad to take notes on?
A: Yes! But we ask you turn the sound off when playing Angry Birds…

Q: What should I expect for my children?
A: Great question. Check out our Footprints Children’s Ministry Page and our Revive Youth Ministry Page.  We have full children’s ministries during all of our Sunday morning worship services.

Q: Do I need to bring a Bible with me?
A: No you don’t.  We’ll have Bibles in each chair you can use (feel free to take one home with you if you don’t own a Bible) that we’ll give you the correct page numbers every time we open to a Bible passage.  There is a lot of value to bringing your own Bible so you can write notes in it, so we encourage that as well.

About Our Church

We want everyone to know they can approach God just as they are. We are a very “laid-back” and “come as you are” church. Dress is comfortable and casual: jeans, t-shirts and ball caps are perfectly acceptable. As are slacks, collared shirts and pretty much anything else. Whether you’re the “listen and contemplate” type, the “hands in the air” type, or the “furious note-taker” type – all are welcome. We’ll even supply the padded chairs, notepaper and iPad charger (should yours be running low).

We are an intentionally multi-ethnic / multi-racial / multi-cultural diverse church!

Our Sunday morning worship service is at 10 am.

About Our Facility

We have some directions and a handy map if you need them.

We are located beneath Grand Traverse Pie Company on the corner of Washington and Allegan. You can walk through GT Pie or you can use the entrance on Allegan St.. There are stairs and an elevator in the building lobby. We have a great Welcome Team that will help you navigate our space and some nifty signs that will help you learn which classrooms are which.

We have an elevator and handicap accessible bathrooms.
